Transforming a scattered digital presence into a premium booking experience.
Marrenza, a Luxury Concierge Service in Marrakech
Brief
Design and develop an elegant, immersive website for Marrenza—an upscale concierge service in Marrakech—showcasing all offerings (transfers, excursions, private bookings, etc.) and streamlining contact requests for a discerning international clientele.
Goal
Allow visitors to quickly explore housing, immerse themselves in the world of Marrenza and reserve an exceptional property in a few clicks.
Target Audience
Affluent travelers, expatriates, and business travelers seeking exclusive, tailor-made support in Marrakech.
Problem Statement
In a highly competitive local market, Marrenza lacked a digital showcase that matched its luxury positioning, limiting visitor-to-lead conversion.
Hypothesis Statement
We believe that a clean design with authentic atmosphere and smooth navigation will increase reservations and reinforce Marrenza’s reputation as the top concierge service in Marrakech.

User Research
Conducted interviews with 3 potential clients (tourists) and benchmarked key local competitors, revealing:
- Need for an ultra-simple user flow
- Desire for strong visuals to build trust
Ideation and Wireframes
- Developed moodboards (warm palettes, Moroccan colors)
- Mapped detailed user flows to the reservation form
- Built low- and mid-fidelity wireframes, validated internally
UI Design
- Colour palette: ochre, off-white, sand
- Typography: Sans-serif to bring sweetness, and heat
- Established a design system with reusable components
Provided a website, created on webflow, presenting all the dwellings offered by Marrenza (villas, apartments, riads, etc.) as well as presenting the various organized activities (camel ride, hot air balloon, etc.).
Each accommodation has its own page indicating all the information necessary for potential customers,
as well as a reservation widget (proposed by Lodgify at the request of the Marrenza team).
A chatbot has also been integrated, to answer all any questions from users.
